Can I return/exchange an item?
Yes, if the order is one of our items offered year round then we can return/exchange it. In order to return/exchange an item, you must fill out the appropriate form. As long as nothing is physically wrong with the clothing then it can be returned/exchanged.
Can crowd funded items be returned or exchanged?
Unfortunately, we are only producing what is funded so we can't exchange the item. However, we will try our best to replace it with something else or give you credit in our store.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do.
I don't know what size I am, what should I do?
We provide a size chart for each product, you can also e-mail us at email@example.com if you have any other questions.

Who can buy wholesale?
Anyone can buy wholesale whether you're a company who would like to buy bulk blanks or a gym that would like their logo on our designs.
Are there any minimums?
Yes, we have a 300 minimum for our bulk blanks.
How long does it take?
Wholesale orders take 30-90 days depending on the cut, style and design on the clothing.

What is Crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding allows us to create a campaign on our website to showcase the product, if you like it then you can purchase it. If the product reaches it's funding goal, we will get it made. If it doesn't reach it's funding goal, we won't make it.
Is Crowdfunding cheaper?
Yes, this allows us to lower our prices because we will only produce what people want.
How long does it take for my item to ship?
After an item is funded, we will send you an e-mail. Depending on the amount ordered, the items can take 4-7 weeks to be made and shipped.
What happens to a campaign if it doesn't reach it's funding goal?
If a campaign doesn't reach it's goal, we will refund your money and we won't make the product. We will only produce items that are 100% funded.
When will I get charged for the items I choose to support?
You will be charged during checkout but if the campaign doesn't reach 100% funded, we will refund your money.

We welcome anyone who would like to become an ambassador for Crops & Cleans! In order to join, you must be passionate about Crops & Cleans! Other qualifications are you must be active on social media, purchasing clothing from Crops & Cleans at a discounted rate and post at least twice a month on social media in Crops & Cleans apparel!
